The Evergreen Internships service is designed to exceed expectations for interns, host-companies and universities. We ensure this through a clear intern application process, pre-screening, host-company targeting, and accurate matching of intern profile to internship opportunity. For host-companies, the registration process is made as easy and expedient as possible while capturing all the essentials in relation to the internship on offer. The quality of our internships is ensured by the skill in matching the right profile to the right host-company, which is never compromised. Our quality service is also upheld through robust Customer Relationship Management. The three stages of the internship; beginning, middle, and end are monitored by Evergreen Internships as a matter of course. This is managed through our internal quality system ensuring welcome packs, follow up calls, feedback forms, and scoring sheets are issued and recorded, in addition to any incidental quality management requirements. Host-companies are also supplied with our Internship Support Information Suite (ISIS) to enable companies prepare for their internship, manage the internship effectively, foster a positive relationship with their intern, and overall ensure a positive valuable experience for all parties. Evergreen Internships has developed ISIS in the interest of best practice and quality management. Internships are governed by a University Service Level Agreement. In addition, Evergreen Internships recommends host-companies put an additional Internship Agreement in place in the interest of best practice. Our quality management processes and procedures are managed by our Operations Director. The Operations Director takes responsibility for ensuring effective quality management throughout the company. Health, safety and security Evergreen Internships recognises the importance of health, safety and security - both during the project and afterwards. This policy sets out our commitment to effective health and safety management. Our processes and procedures are designed not only to meet legal requirements but also to effectively deliver a healthy, safe and secure working environment for our employees/team/interns and everyone else who might be affected by our work. Evergreen Internships has employer's liability insurance and public liability insurance for professional practice, and professional indemnity insurance to satisfy requirements for public sector contracts.
